We currently ship to United States.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

3. Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Our estimated total delivery time is 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed.

Some fast-shipping products may arrive sooner. If a specific delivery estimate is displayed on the product page or at checkout, that estimate will apply to that item.

4. Fulfillment Origin

Orders may be fulfilled from partner facilities in China and other available fulfillment locations, depending on the product.

5. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours at service@furnalume.com with your order number and supporting photos when applicable.
